All orders placed on TheShopingKart.com are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

4. Payment Terms

We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) for all orders across India.
We are in the process of integrating prepaid payment options, which will be available soon.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to ship your order within 1–3 business days from confirmation. Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Delays due to courier services or unforeseen circumstances are not our responsibility, but we’ll do our best to keep you informed.

6. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns for damaged or defective items. You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery along with photographic proof. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for reasons such as dislike of product color or style.
