  • Eligibility: You may request a return within 7 days of order delivery.

  • Accepted Return Reasons:

    • Damaged or defective product

    • Wrong item received

    • Missing parts/accessories

    • Product not as described on our website

  • Conditions for Return:

    • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all original packaging and tags intact.

    • Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • Return Method:

    • Reverse pickup will be arranged by Delhivery, our logistics partner (subject to pickup availability at your location).

    • If reverse pickup is unavailable, you may be asked to self-ship the product to our return address, and we will reimburse the shipping cost (up to ₹60) upon receiving the item.

💸 Refund Policy

  • Refund Timeframe: Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 7 business days.

  • Refund Method:

    • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via UPI, bank transfer, or store credit as per your preference.

    • For upcoming Prepaid Orders, refunds will be made to the original payment method.

  • Non-Refundable Items:

    • Products damaged due to misuse or not returned in original condition

    • Custom or personalized products

    • Items returned after 7 days of delivery
